I had Behar do a total update on my 30 year old condominium. Behar and his team did an amazing job. The job that Behar did was beyond my expectation. My condo is better then brand new. I have wanted to update my condo for some time. The biggest barrier was finding a contractor that one could trust to do a good job. I was lucky enough to find out about Behar through a friend of mine who had work done on his house.

The entire process was very collaborative where Behar would bring over samples and would go with me to pick materials. The sub-contractors are all top notch. I had the opportunity to meet and observe all of them during the reno period. Behar uses only contractors that will do a good job and are trusting. All of my friends and family who have viewed my new space are blown away at the transformation.

I would like to thank Behar for all of the time he put in to make this process a success. I would highly recommend Behar to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

The team was professional, efficient, and hardworking. There was never an idle moment with workers standing around or leaving to do side jobs. Our house was the one and only focus, which was important to us.

Behar made sure we felt comfortable with the renos and communicated daily to let us know how everything was progressing. He also gave great design ideas that would suit our needs, and was open if we wanted to make any adjustments along the way. My partner and I hired Behar to help remodel our townhouse in Walnut Grove. My experience over the past thirty years with many contractors has not been very pleasant. Don’t show up on time, shoddy or incomplete work, overcharging, lack of respect for the home they are working on etc. etc. As such I was prepared to take a hard line with Behar and his crew if things went off the rails.

We met Behar to have him provide an estimate for what we wanted him to do. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonable in his pricing. For the next few weeks it just got better and better. He did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. He gave us invaluable advice on many aspects or our renovations and saved us a lot of money in the process.

What impressed us most about Behar was the quality of his workmanship. I have never seen such meticulousness. For a young man he has learned early on that if you are going to do a job do it right. Thanks to Behar and his sub-contractors our 16 year old townhouse of over 2,400 square feet has been transformed into an “OMG I can’t believe it’s the same place”!

We can’t say enough good things about Behar. He is the consummate professional. He even put up with my Mexican jokes!
